Stock and deliveries

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All cushions will be sent out by Royal Mail

All furniture will be sent out by our chosen courier company

While they bring the item inside, unpack it and put it into position in the room you would like.

You will be informed in advance of your delivery occurring and we will ask you if there are delivery issues, we need to be aware of e.g. parking, or difficult/tight access.

All our delivery teams have been trained in the relevant hygiene and delivery protocols. Gloves and face masks can be always worn, and they will be sanitising using alcohol-based gel before and after each delivery.

RETURNS POLICY AND PROCESS

I have received my order but would like to return it, what should I do?

Returns for Cushions only

If you're not happy with your purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. E-mail info@studiolbi.com within 14 days of delivery and include your sales order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll send you our returns address
  3. Put your parcel back in the post wrapped as securely as possible. We recommend a recorded mail service that's happy to handle packages of all sizes.

Once received, we'll refund you in full. Please note we do not cover the cost of posting back the unless your item is damaged.

Returns for lighting

Please note with if you would like to return the lighting, there will be a 40% restocking fee, unless the item is damaged, then we organise a replacement for you.

Returns for all furniture Items

  1. Please note that for made to order /custom made items we are unable to take these items back as they were made specifically for you. 

  2. If the items is delivered damaged we will assess whether the courier should take the item away or arrange to get it fixed, dependant on the damage.
  1. There will be no cost implication to you if the item was delivered damaged.

I do not live in the UK and want to purchase a product. How can I do this?

If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase one of our products, you can:

Where is my item? I haven't received a dispatch notification

For Lighting:

Our lights are dispatched via a 3rd party supplier and some stock can take anywhere between 1-12 weeks dependent on availability. For a more accurate estimation. Contact enquiries@studiolbi.com and we'll be happy to help.

For Cushions, Accessories and Footstools:

We strive to process and dispatch all items within 3-5 business days of order placement. If it has been longer than this, please send us an email at enquiries@studiolbi.com and we'll be more than happy to look into this with urgency.

Will my lighting purchases come with a bulb?

Yes, all lighting purchases will include a bulb. If you receive your light without a bulb, please contact info@studiolbi.com
